Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled and safety-focused CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The CNC Machine Operator will operate advanced metal-cutting and machining equipment to produce high-quality alloy products. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines, and metal-cutting equipment according to specifications and production schedules.
• Set up machines, load materials, and monitor machine operations for accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform measurements and inspections using precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and make minor program or setup adjustments as needed.
• Maintain cutting alignment and ensure products meet quality standards.
• Safely operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and material handling equipment.
• Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous CNC machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16”.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments including calipers and micrometers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to perform decimal-to-fraction conversions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
