Job Description
Job Purpose
Manage project stakeholder relationships, create success deliverables, and manage budgets and work
assignments while adapting to scope or budget changes during contract execution.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Stakeholder Relations: Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt, professional
communication with General Contractor personnel. Manage relations with Owners,
Subcontractors, and Vendors.
Team Office Leadership: Hold Superintendents and Foreman accountable, provide accurate
project feedback, and coordinate manpower. Attend regular operational, bid, and job status
meetings.
Project Oversight: Oversee contract review, permitting, site visits, and project budgeting/cost
control. Provide insight into reducing risk and capitalize on successful opportunities.
Core Project Functions: Manage project scheduling, submittals, shop drawings, and material
procurement.
Administration Close-out: Handle major purchase orders, invoice approvals, Change Orders,
RFIs, claims negotiations, and final project close-out.
Qualifications
3+ years of relevant experience.
Strong leadership, time management, and multi-tasking abilities.
Solid electrical industry knowledge, including industry costs and education.
Excellent computer, written, and verbal communication skills.
Direct Reports Working Conditions
Direct Reports: Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, Project Coordinators.
Conditions: Primarily a sedentary role; however, occasional lifting of files, bending, standing, or
walking is required. There are no specific physical requirements.
