Location: Epworth Villa – Oklahoma City, OK
Status: Full-Time

Schedule
  • Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Wednesday
  • Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday
  • 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Compensation
  • Starting at $26.00+ per hour, based on experience
  • $1,500 Sign-On Bonus

Position Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders, established care plans, and organizational policies. This position works closely with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality care and positive resident outcomes.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with individualized resident care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Monitor resident conditions and promptly report significant changes to physicians and appropriate team members.
  • Supervise and support CNAs, CMAs, and other assigned staff to ensure coordinated resident care.
  • Conduct routine resident rounds to promote safety, comfort, and quality outcomes.
  • Maintain effective communication with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and organizational policies.
Qualifications
  • Current Oklahoma Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience, including charge nurse responsibilities, preferred.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification through the American Heart Association required.
  • Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care.
Clinical Floor Staff Incentive ProgramEarn an Additional $3.00 Per Hour

Available to CNAs, CMAs, and LPN Charge Nurses

Effective May 30, 2026, eligible clinical floor staff may earn an additional $3.00 per hour worked each pay period by meeting the program requirements.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify each pay period, employees must:

  • Have no unscheduled absences
  • Have no unauthorized overtime
  • Take all required 30-minute unpaid meal breaks
  • Complete the Daily Advanced Entry Check-In
  • Remain current on all HealthStream training requirements
  • Park in designated employee parking areas
  • Have no corrective action within the previous 30 days
Pilot Program

This incentive program is being offered as a pilot and will be evaluated monthly beginning in June 2026.
