Welder-Production

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in metal fabrication, is seeking a dedicated Entry Level Welder to join their team.  As a Production Welder you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting the assembly and welding of various components. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Welder-Production- Entry Level

Location: Poughkeepsie, NY

Pay Range: $20.00/hr

Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6am-4:30pm and Friday 6am-12pm (Overtime)
 

What's the Job?

• Follow daily directions from team lead on which parts to work on
• Perform MIG welding on mild steels with precision and safety
• Work with fixtured parts to ensure accurate assembly
• Use tape measures, read prints, and operate basic hand tools
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What's Needed?

• Basic computer skills
• Ability to read prints and use measuring tools
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
• Entry-level experience in welding or related areas preferred
• Credential requirements: 100042, 100069, 100065, 100067
