About this job
Make an Impact Behind the Scenes of Patient Care
Mass General Brigham (MGB) Home Hospital provides hospital-level care to patients right in their own homes. Patients receive in-person clinical care along with virtual monitoring and support from a full care team-helping them recover comfortably at home instead of staying in the hospital.
As a Staffing Scheduler/Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in supporting this innovative care model by ensuring the right clinicians are in the right place at the right time. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role where your organization, communication, and problem-solving skills directly support frontline teams and patient care delivery.
