Shift Leader Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality leadership experience preferred
• Strong guest service and communication skills
• Ability to lead and motivate team members during shifts
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Positive attitude with strong teamwork mentality
• Ability to support operational standards and shift execution
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Basic computer and restaurant systems knowledge preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Shift Leader Preferred Background & Skills

• Fast casual, buffet, family dining, or casual dining experience
• Shift supervisor, keyholder, trainer, or team lead experience
• Strong hospitality and guest interaction skills
• Ability to coach and support hourly team members
• Positive and service-minded leadership style
• Experience working in high-volume restaurant environments
• Strong attention to cleanliness, food quality, and service standards
• Stable career progression and strong tenure preferred
