ERP/CRM Developer

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to support an organization in Minneapolis, Minnesota with hands-on ServiceNow platform work. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for a mid-level candidate who can build practical solutions, improve workflows, and recommend platform enhancements that strengthen daily operations. The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow capabilities while serving as a key technical resource for ongoing platform needs.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build ServiceNow solutions that align with business and operational requirements across the organization.

• Develop, configure, and refine workflows to improve efficiency, usability, and process consistency within the platform.

• Act as the primary ServiceNow technical resource, providing day-to-day development support and platform expertise.

• Evaluate current system functionality and propose improvements that enhance performance, scalability, and user experience.

• Implement platform updates, customizations, and enhancements while maintaining system reliability and best practices.

• Partner with internal stakeholders to gather needs, translate requirements into technical solutions, and recommend effective approaches.

• Support implementation efforts for ServiceNow-related initiatives and ensure solutions are delivered accurately and on schedule.Se

• At least 3 years of experience working in a ServiceNow development or platform engineering role.
• Demonstrated ability to design, configure, and support ServiceNow applications in a detail-focused environment.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, implementation, and workflow customization.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM processes, modules, and overall platform capabilities.
• Ability to identify improvement opportunities and translate business needs into practical technical enhancements.
• Comfortable working as a mid-level contributor with ownership of day-to-day platform development activities.
