Customer Service Clerk

A large financial corporation in Harrisburg, PA is seeking several Customer Service Representatives to work in their CSR department. Hours are Mon- Fri 8am to 5pm. Pay starts at $17. Any previous call center customer service experience is welcomed. Once perm, pay increases, excellent benefits and chances to work from home will be offered. In this role you will do the following tasks:

• Receiving inbound customer calls
• Updating client profiles
• Making outbound calls to follow up with customer
• Documenting all correspondence for tracking purposes
• Talk to customers to gather pertinent information and document into database system.
• other administrative responsibilities associated with the compliance department
