Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Esparto, CA

Make a meaningful impact supporting young learners in an onsite speech-language pathology role focused on PreK and kindergarten students. Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and valid SLP license (or eligibility to obtain California licensure).
• CCC-SLP certification required.
• Experience working with preschool and kindergarten children in a school-based setting is highly desirable.
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills.
• Genuine commitment to inclusion, cultural sensitivity, and collaborative practices.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and identify communication disorders among a diverse PreK and kindergarten caseload.
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student’s unique strengths and needs.
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services onsite.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, aides, administrators, and families to promote student success.
• Maintain clear documentation and participate in required meetings for multidisciplinary teams.
