Job Description
Make a meaningful impact supporting young learners in an onsite speech-language pathology role focused on PreK and kindergarten students. Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and valid SLP license (or eligibility to obtain California licensure).
- CCC-SLP certification required.
- Experience working with preschool and kindergarten children in a school-based setting is highly desirable.
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills.
- Genuine commitment to inclusion, cultural sensitivity, and collaborative practices.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and identify communication disorders among a diverse PreK and kindergarten caseload.
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student’s unique strengths and needs.
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services onsite.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, aides, administrators, and families to promote student success.
- Maintain clear documentation and participate in required meetings for multidisciplinary teams.
