• Enforce testing protocols by conducting security screening procedures and maintaining strict control over exam materials and the testing space.
• Observe candidates throughout their exams and respond quickly to concerns, irregularities, or situations that require escalation.
• Support a fair and comfortable testing experience by giving clear instructions and escorting candidates to and from the exam room as needed.
• Document incidents accurately and prepare detailed reports when activity falls outside established guidelines.
• Protect the integrity of the site by monitoring for misconduct and following all procedures designed to preserve exam security.

• Adjust to a rotating schedule based on site hours, which may include weekdays, Saturdays, occasional evenings, and possible Sunday coverage.• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional college coursework is helpful.
• At least one year of face-to-face customer service experience in environments such as retail, hospitality, food service, or similar settings is required.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and team members.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Windows and common office applications, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and web-based tools.
• Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Must be able to stand or remain stationary for extended periods, move through the testing room regularly, and escort candidates throughout the site.
• Able to bend, stoop, work in tight spaces, and lift up to 40 pounds while safely handling equipment and office materials.
