Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking an experienced analytical chemist looking to grow your career in a regulated pharmaceutical environment? We are seeking a detail-oriented QC Chemist to support analytical laboratory operations, product quality testing, and continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong laboratory experience, cGMP knowledge, and hands-on troubleshooting skills with HPLC/UHPLC systems who are seeking long-term career growth with a stable and innovative organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform analytical testing on finished products, raw materials, stability samples, and cleaning validation samples to support product release and compliance.
- Investigate and document Out of Specification (OOS) results, support CAPA activities, and communicate findings cross-functionally.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and support UHPLC/HPLC systems and laboratory equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Review and improve laboratory SOPs, change controls, and quality documentation while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with laboratory inventory, dissolution testing programs, environmental monitoring review, and other Quality Control activities as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field.
- 3+ years of experience in an analytical laboratory environment preferred.
- Strong understanding of cGMP regulations, laboratory compliance, and pharmaceutical quality systems.
- Experience with analytical instrumentation, data analysis, documentation practices, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Preferred Experience
- HPLC/UHPLC method development experience.
- Experience performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on HPLC systems.
- Familiarity with eQMS systems and pharmaceutical documentation practices.
- Experience supporting stability studies and cleaning validation programs.
- Proven ability to work independently while contributing within a collaborative team environment.
