Job Description
We are looking fore an Experienced Customer Service Representative in the Houston area.
Payrate $27.00 an Hour
Monday thru Friday 8AM - 5PM
-Must have compute skills (Word, Excel, Email) will be used daily. Need to be able to learn new computer systems easily.
-Must communicate well over email and phone
-Will help customers with orders, quotes, tracking, and any related issues
-Will work on a team with other CSR's
-May go into plant area to discuss customer questions with associates.
-Mechanical/technical knowledge helpful but not required.
-Will provide training on their ERP system.
-Dress code: business casual
