- Experience with documentation redesign, cleanup, or migration highly preferred.
Job Description:
Insight Global's client is seeking a Technical Writer. The role involves completely rebuilding all documentation from scratch—including user guides, procedures, and standards—while also migrating all customer facing content from SharePoint into Confluence. The Technical Writer will create clear, concise one page standards, job aids, and training materials, and will build a fully structured Confluence documentation library that includes intuitive page hierarchies, templates, navigation, labeling, and content organization best practices.
Compensation:
$60-65/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law
