• Weekly pay of $24.00 per hour

• Direct deposit or pay card options

• Temp-to-hire opportunity

• Operate large woodworking equipment (radial arm saws, bandsaws, drill presses)

• Assist in fabrication of heavy timber and glue-lam beams

• Sort, drill, cut, stain, and package materials

• Operate a forklift (up to 8,000 lb lift)

• Read Blue Prints

• Inspect materials for quality and accuracy

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Follow production specifications and instructions

• Work independently or as part of a team

• Assist with general production tasks as needed

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM (30-minute lunch)

• Swing Shift: 2:30 PM 11:00 PM (30-minute lunch)

• Monday Friday

• Ability to learn and take direction

• Strong attention to detail

• Reliable and punctual

• Production Experience

• can read a tape measure

• Ability to work independently and with a team

• Strong work ethic (hard and smart worker)

• Reliable transportation and willingness to commute or relocate to the Chehalis area

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen

• Authorized to work in the United States
