The Compensation (Newly Increased)

Guaranteed Base Salary: 450,000
Quality Bonus: 20,000 annual incentive
Sign-On Bonus: 50,000 (Immediate liquidity)
Relocation: Up to 10,000

The Workflow

Schedule: 4.5 clinic days | 0.5 dedicated OR day.
