Are you a hands-on maintenance professional who takes pride in quality work and delivering a great resident experience? We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician with strong renovation and service experience to support a growing residential portfolio.


Renovations & Turnovers
  • Complete detailed move-out inspections, turnovers, and property walks
  • Identify repairs and recommend upgrades to meet company standards
  • Build scopes of work and assist with budget planning
  • Coordinate and oversee vendors and contractors
  • Ensure work is completed with quality, timeliness, and accountability
  • Manage punch lists and perform final quality inspections
  • Document renovations with before/after photos
  • Handle rekeying and property securing as needed
Maintenance & Service Operations
  • Manage and complete daily work orders
  • Communicate clearly with residents on arrival times and expectations
  • Perform pre-move-in inspections to ensure readiness
  • Close out work orders onsite with proper documentation
  • Track tools, materials, and supplies for efficiency
  • Provide updates to leadership on repair status and progress
Technical / Hands-On Work

You’ll be hands-on daily, performing:

  • Plumbing
  • Electrical
  • HVAC (REQUIRED)
  • Carpentry
  • Drywall & painting
  • Mechanical systems
  • Lock & key services
  • General interior and exterior repairs
Customer Service & Team Support
  • Deliver a high-quality resident experience
  • Communicate effectively with leadership and team members
  • Support team collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Take initiative in learning and growing into leadership opportunities
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of residential maintenance or renovation experience (single-family or multifamily)
  • At least 1 year in property management maintenance preferred
  • HVAC certification REQUIRED
  • Plumbing or Electrical certification (plus)
  • Strong communication, organization, and accountability
  • Comfortable using systems like Outlook and Excel
  • Valid driver’s license (21+ for company vehicle use)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, field-based environment
Work Environment
  • Field-based role traveling daily across the metro area
  • Physical work including lifting (up to 50 lbs), climbing ladders, and working in varied conditions
  • Monday–Friday schedule with occasional evenings/weekends
