This opportunity offers high procedural volume, light call, and a fast track to partnership with ASC ownership. Practice Overview:
- Private, physician-led GI practice with national scale and local autonomy
- Affiliated with a nationally ranked, nonprofit tertiary academic medical center
- Well-staffed office with dedicated coordinators and physician extender support
- Light call rotation of 1:9 nights and 1:9 weekends, with APPs taking first call
- Flexible scheduling controlled by the physicians
Compensation & Partnership:
- Guaranteed base salary with strong productivity upside
