Part-Time Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Part-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position offers a pay rate of $17.00 per hour with an expected schedule of approximately 20–30 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic repair and maintenance tasks
• Replace doors, toilets, and other fixtures as needed
• Complete painting projects and touch-ups
• Assist with general property maintenance and upkeep
• Ensure work areas are clean, safe, and organized

Qualifications:

• Basic maintenance and repair experience preferred
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
