A local county hospital is seeking a detail-oriented Clerical / Patient Registration Representative to join their team. This position is ideal for someone with strong customer service and administrative skills who can thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

In this role, you will verify insurance information, greet and check in patients, direct visitors to the appropriate department, and answer incoming calls while providing compassionate service to patients and families.

Schedule:

Monday – Thursday
🕒 8:30 PM – 6:30 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify patient insurance information accurately
• Greet, check in, and direct patients/visitors to the correct department
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist as needed
• Complete accurate data entry and maintain patient information
• Support a 24-hour department with changing daily workloads

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of insurance verification preferred
• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
