This assignment places you in a dynamic, 65-bed emergency department featuring pod-based care, a dedicated pediatric section, and a separate acute mental health area. You’ll care for a broad patient demographic, managing an average census of 230 visits each day. Expose yourself to a wealth of experiences, collaborate with seasoned professionals, and adopt innovative approaches to patient care and leadership.

Role Details:

  • Schedule: Night shifts, every other weekend, 36 hours per week
  • FREE on-site parking for your convenience

Key Qualifications:

  • Active RN licensure with at least 2 years of emergency nursing experience
  • General ED skills: patient assessment, documentation, IV therapy, phlebotomy, EKG, cardiac monitoring, point-of-care testing, splinting, critical thinking, and patient education
  • Ratio of 1 RN to 4 patients, caring for all populations
  • Proficient in EPIC ASAP EMR
  • AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS required; NRP and TNCC strongly preferred
  • Willingness to float to other units and rotate shifts if necessary
