Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (18:45 - 06:45). Every other weekend required. Block scheduling available. 2:1 patient ratio. Orientation includes 48 hours onsite.
Highlights:- Work in a Certified Stroke Center specializing in neurological intensive care
- Gain experience with EVD management, ventilator management, and acute stroke care
- First-time travelers welcome with a minimum of 1 year experience; 2 years preferred
- Block scheduling options available to support work-life balance
- Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
- Float opportunities to other adult ICU units for skill development
- Valid Oklahoma or Compact RN license required at time of submission
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required in hand at time of submission
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; 2 years preferred
- Experience with 2:1 patient ratios preferred
- Epic charting system experience preferred
- Trauma Level II experience preferred
- Skills required: arterial line management, ventilator management, external ventricular drains, ICP monitoring, stroke management, vasoactive drip titration, and critical care competencies
