House Cleaner

I have 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are not used but they need to be vacuumed. I would like the whole house vacuumed which would include the 3 bedrooms which are small areas, the living room and a family room. The bathrooms need to be cleaned though one of them does not need the tub cleaned. The bathroom floors need to be mopped as well as the kitchen and dining areas. The appliances in the kitchen need to be cleaned on the outside only, except the microwave needs to be cleaned on the inside as well. We are flexible on thee day of the week they would like to come and clean. We do not have any pets or little children just 2 elderly retired people.
