Robinson Rehab and Nursing is hiring a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide rehabilitation services within our skilled nursing facility. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work with residents focused on improving communication, cognition, and swallowing function.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans and functional therapy goals
• Collaborate with nursing, rehab staff, physicians, and families regarding resident care
• Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes

Qualifications:

• Active SLP license required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
