LPN – Long Term Care (LTC)
Location: Penn Yan, NY
Facility: The Homestead
Pay Rate: $39.00/hr
Weekly Gross: $1,560.00
Shift: Full-Time Days & Evenings (D/E)
Hours: 5x8s (40 hrs/week)
Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend (EOW) + Holidays required
Contract Duration: 13 weeks (05/19/2026 – 08/22/2026)
Employment Type: Contract / Contract-to-Perm
Must be able to start on a Tuesday or Thursday for full-shift orientation
Active LPN license
Experience in Long Term Care (LTC)
