Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Other duties may be assigned at Management Discretion:
Ability to understand and conduct Standard Operating Procedures
Complete daily/shift documentation (JSA, permits, equipment checklists, daily tickets, group updates)
Safety leader for all personnel on job sites
Learns and follows emergency procedures and reporting structure in the event of an and emergency
Uses and understands usage requirements of all PPE including fall protection and UHP Specific PPE.
Understands Safe Usage of UHP Equipment such as UHP Pump, Hoses, Robot, UHP hand Lance, and supporting Equipment
Ensure proper tools and parts inventory on site for project needs.
Overall responsibility for safe and successful project execution
Actively Participate in all QHSE programs within the company
Completes all training assignments as directed

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Experience in supervisory role.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to obtain necessary certifications and licenses as required.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic in a fast-paced setting.
• REAL ID required.
• Clean MVR.
