Location: AZ 85542
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: ~40 hours/week
Setting: Outpatient (OP)
Employment Type: Contract
Pay: $95+/hour (increased rate)
Evaluate patients; develop & implement outpatient PT plans
Deliver therapy to restore mobility, strength, and function
Manage caseload independently; track & adjust progress
Maintain accurate documentation
Collaborate with care team as needed
