Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

• Help patients regain independence in daily living and functional skills

• Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor progress

• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery goals

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (or eligible for licensure)

• Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Personable, team-oriented, and self-directed mindset

• Ability to manage caseload and prioritize effectively
