Litigation Associate (16 Years) Mass Torts / Complex Commercial Litigation

Direct Counsel is partnering with a prestigious AmLaw 10 law firm to identify a Litigation Associate to join its Philadelphia office. This is an outstanding opportunity for attorneys seeking to work on high-stakes litigation matters, including mass torts, complex commercial disputes, and product liability cases.

Associates in this role will collaborate with a nationally recognized litigation team and gain exposure to sophisticated, high-profile cases across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with all phases of complex litigation, including case development and strategy

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda

• Conduct legal research and factual investigations

• Support discovery, depositions, and trial preparation

• Work closely with senior attorneys on mass tort, product liability, and complex commercial litigation matters

• Manage deadlines and contribute to overall litigation strategy

Qualifications

• 1–6 years of litigation experience, including mass torts, complex commercial litigation, and/or product liability matters

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced litigation environment

• Outstanding academic credentials

• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar required

Compensation
