LPN

Location: NY 14527
Pay: $1,258 – $1,420

• 5x8 hrs per week, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

• Every other weekend and holidays required

• Provide direct and indirect skilled nursing care under RN supervision

• Assess, monitor, and report resident physical and psychosocial status

• Assist in developing, revising, and implementing age-appropriate care plans

• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team

• Maintain safety, clinical competency, and knowledge through continuing education

• Mentor and support staff under RN direction

• Care for adult and geriatric residents in long-term care

• NY LPN Licensure (Required)

• BLS Certification (AHA or RQI) (Required)

• Minimum 1 year LPN experience in LTC (Required)

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
