Hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work in a long-term care setting in Geneva, New York.

• Contract: 13 weeks (Contract-to-Perm option)

• Schedule: 40 hours per week

• Shift: Full-Time Nights | 5x8s | Every Other Weekend & Holiday Required

• Setting: Long Term Care

• Requirements:
  Active New York LPN License
  BLS (AHA or RQI required)
  Minimum 1 year of LPN experience

• Responsibilities:
  Provide direct and indirect skilled nursing care under RN supervision.
  Assess residents’ physical and psychosocial status and report findings.
  Assist in developing and updating individualized care plans.
  Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and families.
  Maintain clinical competency and participate in ongoing education.
  Ensure safe care practices, including infection control compliance.

• Compensation:

• Local Weekly: $1,488

• Estimated Travel Package: $1,696
