Family Support Specialist- Full-Time, Full-Year

Miami Valley Child Development Centers (MVCDC) is seeking a Family Support Specialist to help families thrive by connecting them to the resources, services, and guidance they need. In this role, you’ll build strong relationships with families, support enrollment and attendance, guide goal setting, and connect parents to health, social, and community resources.

You’ll collaborate with teachers and service partners, assist with transitions and documentation, and provide individualized support to families, including those experiencing challenges or crises. This position is ideal for a dedicated human services professional who values family engagement, teamwork, and making a meaningful impact in early childhood programs.
