What You’ll Be Doing
- Review, update, and maintain open sales, production, and transfer orders within SAP S/4HANA
- Monitor backlog, aging orders, inventory discrepancies, and unconfirmed demand to improve operational visibility
- Run and analyze SAP reports related to order status, stock/requirements, inventory movement, and fulfillment activity
- Support daily coordination between planning, warehouse, logistics, procurement, and operations teams
- Assist with shipment documentation, order tracking, and warehouse-related transactional support activities
- Maintain Excel trackers and reporting tools to support backlog management and operational accuracy
- Support SAP data cleanup and post-go-live stabilization activities
- Help identify process bottlenecks and operational gaps impacting order flow and customer fulfillment
- Assist leadership with KPI tracking, reporting visibility, and operational follow-up activities
- Provide flexible operational support across multiple supply chain functions as business needs evolve during the ERP transition
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, production planning, warehouse operations support, order management, or related manufacturing operations roles
- Hands-on SAP experience required; SAP S/4HANA experience strongly preferred
- Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, chemical, packaging, industrial, or high-volume operational environments preferred
- Comfortable working independently inside ERP systems and managing high-volume transactional workflows
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills including sorting, filtering, formulas, and reporting functions; pivot tables preferred
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with changing priorities
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through
- Comfortable working onsite within a plant/manufacturing environment
If you’re experienced in SAP and enjoy helping teams work through system transitions, this is an excellent opportunity to step in, add value, and make an immediate impact.
