Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in patients.

  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans with measurable milestones.

  • Utilize data and analytics to track treatment efficacy and adjust plans.

  • Meet or exceed patient load targets and contribute to territory pipeline goals.

  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records.

  • Collaborate with caregivers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support outcomes.

  • Maintain compliance with clinical guidelines, privacy laws, and ethical standards.

  • Engage in regular professional development to stay current with best practices.

  • Provide telepractice or on-site services as required, ensuring quality of care.

  • Educate patients and families on communication strategies and home practice.

  • Participate in supervision and mentorship to support junior therapists and peers.


Experience/Qualifications

  • Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with active state license.

  • Doctoral or master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

  • Proven experience diagnosing and treating pediatric and/or adult speech and language disorders.

  • Ability to develop and implement data-driven therapy plans with measurable milestones.

  • Knowledge of privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA) and ethical clinical practices.

  • Proficiency with documentation and electronic health records (EHR) to track progress.

  • Experience delivering telepractice and on-site clinical services.

  • Strong collaboration skills with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet patient load targets and contribute to pipeline goals.

  • Ongoing professional development; participation in supervision and mentorship.
