The Role
This is a production sales role for a serious operator.
You will meet clients, diagnose their needs, design solutions, and close work at strong margins. You are responsible for building and managing your own pipelinenot waiting for leads to be handed to you.
If you cannot handle accountability to numbers, pipeline discipline, and follow-throughthis role will expose that quickly.
What Youll Do
- Meet with residential and commercial clients to assess tree care needs
- Diagnose issues (health, risk, structure) and recommend appropriate services
- Build and manage a consistent, self-generated pipeline (referrals, networking, repeat clients)
- Prepare accurate, professional proposals and job scopes
- Clearly communicate pricing, timelines, and expectations
- Track all activity, follow-ups, and revenue in CRM
- Collaborate with Operations to ensure jobs are executed properly
- Own your numbers: revenue, close rate, average job size, and margin

Qualifications
- 1+ year tree sales experience with measurable results (required)
- Tree care, landscaping, or arboriculture experience (strongly preferred)
- Valid Drivers License (required)
- ISA Arborist Certification (preferred or must obtain) (We will support and pay for certification)
- Ability to: Identify common tree species and conditions, diagnose basic pest/disease issues, recommend appropriate treatments and services
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up discipline
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based role + collaboratively with team to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Proficient with CRM systems and basic technology

- Draw against commission structure
