A highly respected AmLaw 200 firm is seeking a Healthcare Transactions Associate Attorney to join its growing Florida platform in Miami, Boca Raton, or Palm Beach. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney looking to work on sophisticated healthcare transactions and regulatory matters within a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment serving healthcare providers, investors, management groups, and healthcare organizations.
The firm is seeking a motivated associate attorney with strong transactional experience who is interested in advising clients across a broad range of healthcare and corporate matters.
The RoleAssociates in this position may work on matters involving:
- Healthcare mergers & acquisitions
- Physician practice transactions
- MSO and management services arrangements
- Healthcare joint ventures and strategic partnerships
- Regulatory compliance and operational matters
- Corporate governance and entity structuring
- Healthcare contracting and commercial agreements
- Private equity and investment transactions involving healthcare entities
Attorneys will work closely with healthcare providers, physician groups, private equity sponsors, and healthcare companies on high-value transactions and strategic initiatives.
Ideal Background- 3–8 years of transactional healthcare or sophisticated corporate transactional experience
- Experience with healthcare regulatory and transactional matters preferred
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials
- Florida Bar admission preferred or ability to waive in
- Sophisticated healthcare transactional platform
- Significant client-facing opportunities and hands-on responsibility

- Exposure to healthcare providers, investors, and private equity clients
- Strong long-term growth potential within an expanding Florida platform
Compensation: $230,000–$360,000 DOE
