Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Care

• Pay Rate: $41.88/hour
  
  

• Estimated Weekly Gross: $1,507.68 (36 hrs)
  
  

• Shift: Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
  
  

• Hours: 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week (36 hrs)
  
  

• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend + holidays required
  
  

• Contract Duration: 14 weeks
  
  

• Employment Type: Contract (Potential Contract-to-Perm)
  
  

Requirements:

• New York LPN License required
  
  

• BLS certification AHA required
  
  

• Minimum 1 year LPN experience
  
  

• Experience providing care to adult and geriatric patient populations
