Day Shift (6:00 AM – 6:30 PM) or Night Shift (6:30 PM – 6:00 AM)

🩺 What You’ll Do:Administer medications and treatments
Monitor and report patient status
Perform wound care, catheter care, and other clinical tasks
Assist with admissions, care plans, and documentation
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and care teams
Active LPN license
Experience in long-term care or geriatrics preferred
Strong clinical and communication skills
Consistent full-time hours
