LPN

Location: NY 14456
Pay: $1,063 – $1,204/week
Schedule: Minimum 24 hours per 4-week period (3 shifts), including 2 weekend shifts; 1 holiday shift required on winter contracts; orientation on Tuesday or Thursday

• Provide direct and indirect skilled nursing care under RN supervision

• Collect and report resident data to RN and interdisciplinary team

• Assist in creating and updating developmentally appropriate care plans

• Maintain resident safety, follow policies, and adhere to infection control standards

• Participate in mentoring/orientation and maintain clinical competency

• NY LPN Licensure (Required)

• BLS certification (AHA or RQI)

• Minimum 1 year LPN experience in a long-term care setting

• Knowledge of adult and geriatric care
