LPN

Pay: $1,258 – $1,420

Schedule:

• Full-Time, 5x8-hour shifts (Days/Evenings as needed)

• Must be able to start orientation on a Tuesday or Thursday

• Every other weekend (EOW) required

• Holidays required

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care to residents

• Collect and report patient data; assist with care planning

• Support implementation and evaluation of care plans

• Collaborate with RN and interdisciplinary team

• Maintain patient safety, comfort, and documentation standards

• Active NY LPN License

• BLS (AHA or RQI only)

• 1+ year LPN experience (LTC preferred)

• Ability to care for adult/geriatric patients

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
