Physical Therapist

Position: Contract Physical Therapist (Outpatient)

Location: Arizona, 85542

Schedule: Flexible | 5x8s or 4x10s

Pay: Competitive (based on experience)

Requirements:

Strong outpatient physical therapy experience

Active Arizona PT license

BLS Certification

Ability to collaborate in a team setting

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Work alongside two full-time Physical Therapists

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed

Educate patients on exercises and recovery strategies

Maintain accurate and timely documentation
