Job Objective/ Summary

The responsibility of a LPN is to assess resident health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records.

Essential Functions

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Administer medications to residents and monitor residents for reactions or side effects.
• Record residents’ medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in residents’ conditions.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate residents care plans.
• Modify residents’ treatment plans as indicated by residents’ responses and conditions.
• Direct or supervise less-skilled nursing or healthcare personnel.
• Instruct individuals, families, or other groups on topics such as health education, disease prevention, and develop health improvement programs.
• Adhere to The Estates at Carpenters’ policies and procedures, including those covering privacy and security in compliance with HIPAA regulations, and codes of conduct. Maintain confidentiality and respects resident’s privacy at all times in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Pay: $29.00- $37.00 an hour

Pay - Based on what licensure LPN and experience in that position.

• Must be able to provide official grade transcripts of the education level provided on the employment application.
