LPN

Location: NY 14456
Pay: $1,063 – $1,204/week
Schedule: Full-time, 5 x 8-hour day or night shifts; EOW and holiday coverage required

• Provide direct and indirect skilled nursing care for assigned residents under RN supervision

• Collect and communicate resident data to the interdisciplinary team

• Assist in creating, implementing, and updating age-appropriate and culturally relevant care plans

• Maintain resident safety, follow policies, and adhere to infection control standards

• Participate in staff mentoring/orientation and continuing education

• NY LPN Licensure (Required)

• BLS certification (AHA or RQI)

• Minimum 1 year LPN experience in a long-term care setting

• Knowledge of adult and geriatric care
