Ultimate Therapy is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehab department. This opportunity offers schedule flexibility in a collaborative skilled nursing setting.

What You'll Do:

• Carry out therapy programs developed by the supervising PT
• Assist residents with gait training, transfers, strengthening, and balance exercises
• Observe resident response during treatment sessions
• Complete timely and accurate documentation

Qualifications:

• Active PTA license required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
