Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – 13-Week Contract (SNF)

• Location: Saint Joseph, Missouri 64506

• Assignment Length: 13 weeks

• Hours per Week: 40 hours

• Shift Time: 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM

• Commission: $1900.00 - $1944.00 per week

• Additional Information:

  Must have active Missouri SLP license.
  Must have CCC-SLP or be CFY eligible.
  Must have current BLS certification (AHA).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled speech, language, and swallowing therapy in accordance with state/federal regulations.

• Conduct patient evaluations, treatment planning, and delivery of therapy to improve communication and swallowing function.

• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families.
