Ultimate Therapy is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team within a skilled nursing setting.

Responsibilities Include:

• Carry out therapy programs established by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Assist residents with gait training, strengthening exercises, transfers, and balance activities
• Monitor resident response during therapy sessions and communicate updates to the PT
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation and progress notes

Qualifications:

• Active PTA license required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
