LPN

Location: NY 14527
Pay: $1,258 – $1,420
Hours: 3x8 hr PT Day/Evening shifts (variable, scheduled as needed), including EOW & holidays

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care under RN supervision

• Assist with resident ADLs, safety, nutrition, and mobility

• Document care and report changes in resident condition

• Follow infection control and safety protocols

• NY LPN Licensure (Required)

• BLS Certification (AHA or RQI) (Required)

• Minimum 1 year LPN experience in LTC or CNA capacity (Required)

• High School Diploma or GED
