Department: Physical Therapy Services
Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 05/04/2026
End Date: 08/01/2026
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Shift: 8-hour days
Hours: 40 hrs/week
Contract Type: Therapy / SCAHC
$50 – $70 per hour
Weekly Pay: $2,000 – $2,800/week
Active Physical Therapist (PT) License required
BLS Certification required
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred
Experience in outpatient and/or inpatient rehab preferred
Experience with diverse patient populations preferred
Strong clinical evaluation and treatment planning skills required
Evaluate and treat patients with mobility and functional limitations
Develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
Provide therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation interventions
Work with interdisciplinary healthcare team
Document patient progress and outcomes
Support recovery for inpatient and outpatient populations
Ensure patient safety and quality of care
