Job Description
Contract Length: 13 Weeks (05/12/2026 – 08/15/2026)
Schedule: Full-Time, 5x8-hour night shifts
Shift Time: Nights (e.g., 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Hours: 40 hrs/week
Pay: $1,258 – $1,420/week
Requirements: Every Other Weekend (EOW) + Holidays required
Provide skilled nursing care to adult/geriatric residents under RN supervision
Assess, monitor, and report physical/psychosocial status changes
Administer medications/treatments; assist with ADLs per care plan
Contribute to care plans; collaborate with interdisciplinary team
Maintain documentation, safety standards, and infection control
Active NY LPN Licensure
BLS Certification (AHA or RQI required)
Minimum 1 year LPN experience (LTC preferred)
Ability to care for adult and geriatric populations
Graduate of accredited LPN program
Willingness to work in environment with potential exposure to blood/body fluids
