Occupational Therapist (OT) – Permanent
Location: Montrose, CO 81401

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts (varies by department)

• Pay Range: $36.17 – $57.87/hr (based on experience)

• Experience Preferred: Inpatient rehabilitation experience

• Key Traits: Personable, team-oriented, self-directed

• Licensure: Must meet state licensure requirements (Colorado OT license)

Position Summary & Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients to improve daily living skills

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab team

• Maintain accurate documentation and track patient progress
