• Pay Rate: $40 - $42.50/hr

• Start Date: ASAP

• Shift: Flexible schedule (Monday–Friday, Tuesday–Saturday, or Sunday–Thursday), 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• Contract Duration: Permanent

• Facility: 88-bed Skilled Nursing Facility providing short-term rehabilitation and long-term care

Additional Details:

• Cannot accept new graduates

• Approximately 15 skilled patients and 73 long-term care residents

• Services provided include individual, group, concurrent, and co-treatment therapy
